IMPORTANT NOTES

PHYSICALS
Children entering preschool, kindergarten, 5th grade and 9th grade require physicals.
Also, all children participating in school- sponsored sports require physicals each year that they participate. These physical can be done throughout the year; to avoid the school "rush" right before school starts. Schedule your child's appointment sometime during the year. Insurances allow one physical per year, so keep this in mind when scheduling that appointment

Note: Dr Malur is out of the office the month of July so please schedule your physicals now

Important - Cold medicine is not recommended for children 2 years old
and under.
