IMPORTANT NOTES

Flu Shots start October 28th and will be given every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8-12 and 1-4.
We did not get Flu shots for Public Aid patients. Flu Mist is available now and we have it for all insurance.

We also want to remind patients, when coming into the office for an appointment, to bring insurance cards and co-payment if one is required. We would also like to know if you have any changes such as address or phone number.

Dr Gita Malur and Dr Laura Hill are both taking new patients with most insurance plans. None of our physicians are accepting patients with Illinois Department of Public Aid at this time.
